Describe the product and the purpose
Start with what goes inside the box and how the package will be used. Tell us whether it is retail packaging, a gift set, an online delivery or an outer carton. Include product dimensions, packed weight and any fragile components. If you have a reference, explain the particular feature you like.
State the quantity and delivery destination
Specify the first order quantity and whether it includes different sizes or artwork versions. Give the destination country and, when available, the delivery postcode. Packaging cost and delivery cost should be understood separately. A quote for one box specification cannot be compared directly with a different size, material or packing arrangement.
Separate essentials from preferences
List the details that must be present, such as an insert, a particular opening or a printed interior. Then list preferences that can be discussed, such as decorative finishes. If artwork is still being developed, say so. This lets the discussion focus on a workable structure before every graphic detail is fixed.
Agree what the sample should confirm
A structural sample and a fully finished printed sample may answer different questions. Clarify whether you are checking size, fit, color, finish or the complete presentation. At LUXTON PACK, the typical sample production estimate is 3–5 days; the final schedule depends on the agreed sample specification.
Plan approval, production and transit separately
Our stated minimum order is 100 pieces and typical bulk production is 10–15 days. Confirm timing for your specific order. Allow time for artwork, sample review, changes and shipping in addition to manufacturing. Before approval, make sure the quantity, dimensions, material, print, finishing and delivery arrangements are recorded in the final specification.
